Now this place is far flung if you want to get away this is a place to go. Be warned that you are not close to anything. They do have a restaurant and a bar and some entertaining things to do but because you're not close to anywhere else they're a little bit pricey.
Great spot and location. Pricey rooms if you're staying as two but now we know rooms are set up for more people. Lots of camping space
Family run. The individual bunkhouses are private and clean. The food at the restaraunt is decent, and depends on what the special is that night. Would recommend getting a room on the boardwalk if available.

Great fun for families and friends. Home away from home any time of the year.
Friendly staff. I visited with my cat enroute to Alaska during or just after Spring thaw, or off-season. Only pet friendly motel/hotel in town if you plan to visit the National Park. A little rustic, but more than adequate. I also had my own sleeping bags and kitchen ware, so I was already prepared for anything.

Had a great meal. People were very friendly.
Service was good, although had to back up a hill to park. Would have liked to know that ahead of time.
We camped in RV. No trees. Very rustic, but did have full hookup. Water pressure a bit low. Off the highway couple miles, but could hear the traffic and see traffic on the interstate. We would stay again if the opportunity arose.
The staff and owner are really friendly. Restaurant and motel are clean. And the food and beer is substantial. We highly recommend it.
Amazing spot and loved drinking coffee on the deck over the badlands and chickens running around! Owners and guests all very nodak-type friendly! Decent beer selection and good breakfast! :) allison
Gotta love the Gap. It's not Ritz, it's not even the Holiday Inn. It's the Gap, the one and only. Meet Ollie, he runs the place. Ask him anything the man has a story to tell. It's not far away from town or the Park. Bring your own booze or pull up at the bar. Breakfast at 7 and the coffees hot.
I lived the ranch for 3 years
